Like a lot of people im lazy.....how can i change this?

1) Start to think of things you would like to accomplish. Start to take steps to do them. Doesn't matter big or tiny. Do step one & enjoy the motion instead of the inertia.

2)Start to seriously consider that whatever you have in your life will not be there @ some point in the future: friends, family, health, youth, all are temporary. Make a picture in your mind of a time when the things you have are not there. Focus on the details. Imagine how that might feel. This exercise can be very helpful in overcoming procrastination.

3)See your choices as a collection of events & tendencies which can be (and are) changed with intent, practice & education.
" Lazy " gives oneself the message "this is what I am".
No one "is" anything - we are all becoming something, changing every day. We do get used to things. We can get unused to them just as easily.

Just think of what benefits there are to doing that thing you have been putting off. Now think of the disadvantages to keeping on being lazy. What would you prefer?

When you make a start then often it is easier. Its just getting started. So tell yourself "I'll just do a little...." and then when you get started you will find yourself on a roll.

Then once you have done that thing how do you feel about yourself? ....Better!

Being motivated is such a better way of being. You feel happier, feel like you've acheived something, and then when you do relax you will enjoy it much more because you will feel as though you deserve it.

If you keep being lazy you wont actually be able to relax fully and enjoy it because deep down you know you dont deserve it and that you are procrastinating.

So get up, turn off the computer and just make a start!! You will feel so much better for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) :)

well i take stacker 3 pills, that usually gives me allot of energy, also i limit the amount of time i spend masterbating, that usually causes me to get really lazy. set a goal for yourself, even if its a stupid goal, like i will throw out the trash once a week, gradually try to increase your goals. also geet a girlfriend, they are alot of work and usually keep you on your toes a good while, dont get a lazy girl though.

Get off the computer, and turn off the TV you will eventually be so bored you will do something.. hopefully outside

Decide you want to do something, figure out what that something is, no matter how small or big - and then do it. Don't stop till it's done. Then find something else to do.
