i think tattoo's are sexy and are a form of self expression for the wearer.

When they mean something, they're nice but when they're dumbass, fad tattoos that you'll like for like 5 years tops, then they're trashy.

I saw this one girl on TV who said she got tattoos because she was bored=trashy
This other girl had a large tattoo on her back of colorful wings= trashy/retarded
This girl got a tattoo of Jesus on a piece of toast= self expression yes, smart? nope
tattoo of your kids' names=nice
tattoo of your war buddies who died= not pleasurable to the eyes, but nice
asian/whatever characters whose meanings are unclear to you= trashy
a lover's name= TRASHY
something that represents something important to you= nice

Hey,

I think if a girl has some hideous arm band kinda thing, or has the oh-so obvious "butterfuly on her hip" or "Rose on her chest" or "dolphin on her back" then yes, trashy is defianatley the response you would get from me.

Getting a Tattoo is about expressing who you are creatively, if a person gets something that actually has a meaning to that person then thats great - and definately not trashy. I know a girl who has the words "Live each day, love each day" Tattoed on the inside of her foot, to remind herself that life is short.

I think that if a girl has a tattoo that empowers her like that then that's great.

I think that tattoos can look nice, but it depends on what it is and where you put them.
Some areas are just tacky to me, like the neck or face. Other areas are cute on women, like their ankles and shoulder blades. A pot leaf or joint it crude, while butterflies and angles are tasteful.
It all depends on how big it is, where it is, and what it is if people will look at the woman and think she's trashy or not. You can't change other people's opinions, but as long as you act respectful, then most people won't take you for trash.

Of course everyone has their opinion, but I think tattoos are self expression.. and their are places on the body that you can get a tat that is only visible when you want them to be visible.. I have 4 but you wouldnt know it unless I told you , then showed you... and their never visible all at once.. i love my tattoos... their are so addicting

all word tattoos do....
one single lower back tattoo does, but multiple tattoos with it does not....
all tribal tattoos do....
for the most part have at least 2....one is trashy. But too many is trashy as well.

I LOVE tattoos they're FREAKIN' HOT not that i'm trashy i mean i don't have 1 because i'm only 11 but, my dad said I can get 1 when i'm 16 so i'm siked I'm gonna get 1 right on my shoulder blade with all my family's last name's so it should be awesome!!!!

depends on where the tattoo is and what it is of. tramp stamps located on the lower back are especially trashy. tattoos are best if concealed and if they are not of some tribal symbol that could mean i'm a hobag or something.

I hate to say it, but when ALL guys see tatoos on a lower back, all we think of is "target." You know a place to aim for after some fun....any guy that tells you different is lying. Sorry.

Other tatoos, i guess it all depends on the pattern and location.

As long as the tattoo artist is an ARTIST, or else your tattoo will look bad(trashy).
