There is a book out there named 'Feel the fear and do it anyway', I have read it a long time ago. It's a very motivational book. You need to confront your fears and learn from them. It's all a learning experience, we get wiser after every failure and more power to us. Sometimes you have to fail, in order to grow and do it better the next time. Don't let fear hold you back or get into your way. Your life is all about choices, and about consequences. Sometimes we make bad choices and take the consequences and learn from it. Try it.

"Gosh anonymous! We're all sharing your fear of failure. I kinda see myself in you because I've been plenty afraid of failure before. Yeah, I've fought it a thousand times ... maybe more. During adolescence I worked hard at sports to gain more confidence. It was hard and painful, but rewarding too. I think I got some benefits because I picked one thing to work with and stuck with it (wish I had chosen school work instead)! This kinda gave me more confidence. Of course, I'm an old guy with fewer teen now, but I still remember winning my first trophy. It sure made me proud.
Now, I still have that old fear of failure, but, I don't listen to the damned stuff. I ain't got enough time to live with fear any more.
Thank goodness I don't have to bow to that old fear ... I decided not to."

You have to go head on with whatever you are fearful of failing at. You have confront your fear NOW.... Whatever it is. Once you confront it, you cannot fear it anymore. If you fail, you fail. There is always tomorrow and you can start over again. That is the beautiful thing about life, you always get second chances. Keep trying and don't give up on yourself.

You can reduce it by eliminating or answering some of the questions that surround it... look at the different variables that you're afraid of messing up and then tackle those one at a time instead of looking at the whole problem at once.
