If im going to copy mp3s from my pc to my ipod what are the naming rules that have to be adhered to?

i,m talking about pluging an ipod into my pc and copying mp3's to it......thats it... no itunes

ya im not exactly sure what you mean, all the titles of the songs should (if they are in itunes player on your computer) transfer to your ipod automatically, if you mean like legal reasons, you can name them whatever you wnat to, just dont sell them.
