Would Someone Please Help Me With My Taskbar?

I don't know what happened but my taskbar used to sit at the bottom of my screen and now it is on the left hand side. Does anyone know how I can get it back to the bottom? I have tried dragging it back and also looked at my settings but I just can't figure it out.

Left click with your mouse, hold and drag it to the bottom.
If its locked, unlock it first: right click, remove check mark next to "Lock the TaskBar". Hope it will help :-)

Unlock the taskbar firts then move it around.
to unlock just right click on it and move it
