The title is: "Get Confident, Stupid"

It's a self-help book that I want to write.

"What do you of?" Is that your question? If this is how you write, you will never have to worry about the title of your books.

There are reasons people are not confident, all confidence and no talent is a bad combo.
Being confident is good, if you have a reason to be.
In your case, get a reason first.

I don't like this title. When you want to help someone build up their confidence you don't start out by calling them stupid.

The word stupid, just doesn't do anything for me and I think it would not be a good sales term.

"Act confident"
"Confidence builder"
"Build Your Confidence"
"I am confident (really I am)"

It seems somewhat offensive. That was my first reaction. Honestly, it doesn't make me want to run out and buy it. I'm confident, but I'm not stupid.
