The water turns an orangish green color after about a week to ten days of running at a temp. of 104 degrees.

Are you using chorine or bromine to kill bacteria? I have a pool, rather than a hot tub, but at 104º it doesn't take long to cook up a dandy batch of something.

Chemical or Minerals in water.
It will happen more often if it is not turned off after use.
Water department fellow...........
He ask me if I had ever heard of "Hard Water"?
He told me to take a sample to local College and they did test it.
ha ha ha, Said it was not drinkable.
