is there anyway i can reduce rednesss in my skin and pimples without buying an expensive product?

Try Neutragena. They have tons of inexpensive products that work. Also, always wear sunblock on your face when leaving your home. Your skin is one of the first things people notice about you, so you shouldd always take care of it. Not only for your looks, but for health reasons as well. You shoul not feel guilty from splurging on skin care. An unreasonably expensive pair of shoes or a purse, yes, but for your skin, no.
