So I just got to this party and there's a bunch of people there. I find the keg soon after and fill up for a cold one. Right after, I get a call- it's from my sister. It's extremely loud and I have a hard time hearing anything she's saying, so I start walking downstairs to get away from the noise. She's calling about a song that we had talked about earlier, and I told her I was at a party and was listening to the same song. By this point I step outside, because the noise was still pretty irritating. She asks where I am, and we soon figure out we're at the same party- completely coincidental in a big party city (Austin). Just about this time, I look up and see about 5 cops walking up in the yard. Guess why they're there. Noise complaint. So here I am with a 3/4 full cup of beer in my hand, minding my own business, getting an MIP. I was 2 months away from my 21st.

No, I live in Canada..... our parties are in the bush...LOL Twixer and a two-four, party at the camp eh? When you are at a cabin 30 minutes or more from the nearest town, there are no cops.
I have however been chased by the cops after leaving a bush party,(no cabin involved just a fire in the bush off a quad or ski-doo trail) sometimes the bonfires can get out of hand and the cops see them from the road and wait for people to leave....lol
It's kinda hard to miss a 25 foot bonfire in the middle of the bush, but they are too lazy to come get us haha!

Ha, funny story. We were having a party for me, my sister and our other friend. There was alcohol everywhere (we were only turning 18 I believe) and then all of a sudden all these random people started showing up and were doing drugs and all that. And no sooner than they had all left and my friend and I cleared up all the beer cans, and the cops show up. But what do they find when they get there? About 12 teenagers watching Monsters Inc.

Oh yeah. My boyfriend and his old band(salyer sepultura trib.) were playing at this party in a back yard and there was a couple of people on the roof of a garage taping it and the cops came and didnt see them and caught the whole thing on tape. It was pretty cool.

Real cops (vs campus security) = only once.
It was at UConn where it is pretty rural and my friend and I ran into the bushes and stayed very very quiet. They didn't arrest anyone, just broke it up, but we were spending the night there with friends and laughed about it for the next day!

Oh yes a couple of times...pretty common occurrence in the military where people work different shifts and there's a party someplace just about every night.

Yes, my wedding. True. We had a live band in our back yard and the neighbours called the cops. They congratulated us and went away.
