Try the network site for the show you missed. For example. www.abc.com has links to full length episodes of some of their primetime shows. Here are some others www.fox.com www.nbc.com www.cbs.com www.hallmarkchannel.com

Well, I know iTunes has some shows you can download legally, but otherwise just get a DVR or TiVo.
