I think Stan and Kyle reflect Matt Stone and Trey Parker the most. They are really the two sane and "normal" characters on the show, who see the absurdness of what goes on around them, so we relate to them.

I think cartman because he is the most complex of them all, he can change in a drop of a hat and he is one the top characters and has had more of the shows focused on him.
