I'm currently studying in varsity and I really respect those who graduate with any degree... let alone those who graduate with medical degree! Because it is seriously hardwork!

That doesn't mean I don't respect those who didn't get the opportunity to get a tertiary education. I respect anyone who works hard :)

I don't know. Everyone says that people with college degrees make more money, etc but I have a B/S and it hasnt helped me one bit. It just cost my parents several thousand dollars. I can't get a job in my field and no one else cares that I have a degree. Still make entry level pay for my entry level positions that I am completely overqualified for. So now I'm back in school hoping that this field is more lucrative. I did learn a lot about life and meet my husband while getting my undergraduate degree. So that was valuable.

Democracy is built upon an educated class of people making educated decisions. No education no more country. And lets face we as a whole are not going to get anywhere else.
