According to the legislation currently in progress, you have no rights at all other than "As determined by the President."

until congress passed a bill getting rid of habeus corpus and allowing the president to declare any of us 'enemy combatants' we now have no rights.

before that, we have many rights - the bill of rights 9th and 10th amendment specify that all rights not specifically given to the govt in the constitution are reserved for the people.

we have the right to remain silent anything we say or do can be held against us in a court of law lol
