Air is the only thing I can think of that we "need" every day; you can go without food, water, etc., (you didn't specify climate conditions); if your question includes outside the box thinking: brain, lungs, heart to make up the 4 things.

Four things we need everyday are food, water, oxygen, and shelter. Going to the bathroom in a toilet isn't a need, in the ancient times they used to dig a hole and do their business in it then they bury it. Sleeping is also a must because that energizes our brains and without a brain with energy it wouldn't be able to function our bodies and we would die.

Four things we need everyday? ok, #1- Food , #2-touch, #3-talking to a loved one, or someone that will just listen, or if you like listening to them. #4- love. And I am adding one more # 5- Love yourself.
