Yes... This happens only in Sims 2 of course but it is rather simple... Buy the most expensive telescope and make the adult male Stargaze in it frequently... he should get abducted by aliens and when he is returned he will become pregnant.. and have alien baby

If they're an adult with more than three days before they turn into an elder, have them get abducted. They'll come back pregnant with an alien baby.
To get them abducted, have them spend lots of time stargazing. I'm not sure if you need to do it with a telescope or not, though.
