Geniuses Book of world records- 11 days. A young man wanted to beat the record of 8 days. He also stayed up with no assistance from coffee, caffeinated beverages or other aids. He suffered no hallucinations while being awake so long and was able to function normally. After 11 days he fell asleep for 14 hours.

I have been awake for 3 days before i crashed and had to sleep. On the third day I couldn't focus or concentrate. Things were fuzzy and my vision was blurry. I don't recommend operating machinery or working if you plan to do this.

One of my coworkers was up 4 full days without sleeping... but she's got problems...
Hahaha... yeeah. It's not really healthy.
It can be fun to try to stay up just 1 all nighter with friends though, but it can get pretty hard.

7 days was my record.
that was due to methamphetamine use though (10 years ago).
without drugs... 3 days.
I just want to warn you though....
messing with your circadian cycle like that will mess you up.
it took me about a year to get back on track and I still have a hard time getting to sleep every night.

Personally, a couple days.
But there is some person that I read about that hasn't slept in years, he has some weird medical condition or something.
