Which is more ghetto Downtown Detroit, Harlem, or Queens?

Well there really isn't anything ghetto I think about downtown Detroit - we do have a very small downtown area - but go five minutes in any direction and you are not far from a liquor store, a gun store, a mailbox with a gang tag on it. I don't know much about Queens or Harlem, but even Manhattan had gang tags on light poles and on the back of street signs in most places.
