I am a Republican but I also feel there is a big overkill in the interference of our freedoms...but I look at the opposite side of the fence and can't morally tolerate a party that legalizes what I personally consider murder..abortion...It is a tough choice placed before us all as americans when what we are left to choose from is picking the lesser of two evils...

I feel that the line has to be when the government interferes with actions unnecessarily. This does not mean the government monitoring actions they should have every right to monitor actions. If one is ashamed to have his actions monitored he should not be engaging in them. The time when the government is stepping over the line is when they interfere with the exercise of freedom.

The line for me is for something to begin interfering with my PERSONAL daily routine - like, no more STARBUCKS or be unable to conduct my business, or loss of my home ...homlessness, or to be unable to travel into the United States at will.... so in other words, the cost would have to be pretty high to get my attention!
Good question!
BTW:
"Loyalty involves trust. Everyone can be trusted. The question is, trusted to do what? " this is freakin brilliiant! Damn it, i plan to steal this one over and over and over! Thanks for this answer!
