Have you read "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler? It's the best book I've read about the subject.
NOT ALL WOMEN OVULATE AROUND DAY 10-14 OF THEIR CYCLES!! Especially women who don't have exactly 28-day long cycles. After I read the book, I learned that I wasn't ovulating at all! I wasted a whole year not knowing! Now, after losing weight, eating healthy and exercising, I ovulate anywhere around day 16 through 21.
The book will tell you how to chart your cycle to find out exactly when you ovulate, it'll tell you what medications are out there to help with specific fertility issues (it could be a male fertlity factor too--did you think of that?), and it even lists some herbal/homeopathic supplements that allegedly have benefited people.
You should definitely read the book!
Good luck to you!!

Well first of all, don't stress over it, I am kinda like that and I know its hard not to do, especially if your really wanting a baby like me.
I just thought it would happen after I got off of birth control, but nope, its harder for some people, just have to play like your not trying, your just having lots of fun every month. I also suggest that you don't take any meds, only Pre-natals. Use 2-3 bed pillows underneath you. Take your BBT if your not already, if you aren't for sure when you ovulate. Have your hormones checked. They could be too low or too high. And have your man checkd out too, there is a good percentage it could be him. And if his count and everything is OK than you get a pre-PG checkup with your gyn. Then ask her what she thinks.

Being in great physical shape doesn't guarantee pregnancy, and it may even reduce the odds for women.
Excessive exercise and stress has been found to cause a woman's reproductive system, "protect" it from a pregnancy it's not prepared to maintain–perhaps by causing subtle hormonal changes,
Basicly relax there is no real rush to have a baby and you know what you should do...Just enjoy the sex! you can have it any time or any place and you only have to worry about if it feels good.

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

There are medicines you can try but if you want to go for a more natural method. Try a product called Chaste Tree. ( Vitex- cactus ). Plus a multi vitamin. It helps to get your body back in check.
It helped with both our sons, and we had been trying for children for 5 years. Trying drug after drug from doctors.
Try to relax. How many times have you heard that. But if you can, don't stress about it too much, that also cause infertility.

you should have sex 7-15 days after your cycle! Women ovulate 10-14 days after your cycle! You can also use an ovulation kit or a body temperature kit to help determine your fertile days! You can also have sex everyday or every other day! Try to let the sperm build up and use an ovulation kit!! If I was you, I would wait until the 10th day after my cycle and start having sex until the 15th day after my cycle!! Make sure you relax for about 20 minutes after sex!!!! Good Luck

HELLO- I KNOW EVERYONE WILL TELL YOU THAT YOUR MOST FERTILE TIME TO CONCEIVE IS 2 WEEKS AFTER YOUR CYCLE ENDS WHICH IT PROBABLY IS FOR MOST WOMEN BUT I HAVE A REGULAR CYCLE EVERY 4 WEEKS LIKE CLOCK WORK BUT I CONCEIVED 3 OUT OF 6 OF MY BABIES FOR SURE ON THE LAST DAY OF MY PERIOD.BECAUSE IF YOU THINK ABOUT IT YOU RELEASE YOUR UNFERTILIZED EGG IN YOUR PERIOD AND YOU DONT KNOW WHICH DAY IT WILL ACTUALLY BE EXPELLED WITH YOUR PERIOD. TO EVEN INCREASE YOUR CHANCES MORE BE SEXUALLY ACTIVE DURING YOUR PERIOD A FEW DAYS DURING IT. I KNOW THAT DOESNT SOUND APPEALING BUT END RESULTS--- A BABY.GOOD LUCK AND I HOPE THIS WORKS FOR YOU ALL.CANT HURT TO TRY IT...
