I am getting tired of these homework questions! I can understand the tricky one, asking for people opinions or experience, but when the answer is in a dictionary or a calculator or a class textbooks, it starts to get on my nerves! what about you?

I hear that. Half the time it seems like we're just regurgitating information. What's the point in telling the professors what they told us? They must get so bored! In any case, I find it irritating, too, because it's not really using any brain power...you can't really set yourself apart from your peers beyond writing skills.

if its something easy to look up, or requires an essay to answer, then yeah I get annoyed. But if its a question (especially math though I'm not great at it) I'm happy to help.

If they seem truly confused, I'll gladly answer. If they want us to do the legwork, then I'll give a smart*ss answer.

Noting the spelling (when there is a spell check available) and the grammar, I don't think some of these people know what a book is.
