Good question..Each NASCAR team has their own trucks and trailers used to haul car and equipment. Most have two trucks and trailers for the times that they have races at different tracks that are a great distance apart. The team drivers are responsible for the upkeep on the trucks and have race duties at the track too. A lot of the drivers are also the team cooks and cook all of the meals while at the track. The best way to get hired will be learn to drive a truck first and get a job with a trucking company. After some experience then apply to the teams for a job. I will help to know something about racing and cars also.Hope this helps Gene

The truck drivers are team employees. They usually have some other jobs during the race, and/or during the week back at the shop. This varies by team of course. Some of them are the cooks who feed the race crews on race weekends. They used to be on the pit crews, before the big teams started using specialized pit crews for race days.

I think it is the sponsors who hire the drivers. I don't think a company does it. The nascar drivers would own their own trucks and not lease the driving out to a company. I may be completely wrong.

Each team has their own truck drivers. Not only do they drive the trucks they also have other jobs during race weekend. Then back at the shops it is their jobs to clean out the transporters and get it ready for the next event.
Some times the link at "jayski.com" will list job openings with teams.

Each team hires their own set of drivers. They all have the commercial training and stuff. NASCAR and the teams police them pretty good. No bad drvers in the bunch for very long.

The teams also own their own trucks and haulers. Some have a fleet of vehicles (Rousch/Hendrick) and others only have one or two.
