I have HP photosmart on my pc but anytime I try sending pictures it appears the pictures do not get to the intended recipient.

Well you can send pictures but you first save them in your documents. Then when you want to send you attach them with or without a message.

Use the service YouSendIt, which permits you to deliver as much as 1GB of records for loose. yet you may purely deliver a million record or zipped folder at a time, so first compress the records as shown under. on your laptop, real click and choose New>Compressed (zipped) Folder. positioned your photos into that folder .

Use yahoo email,gmail or outlook ... just go to insert image and browse for your image

attach each to your email.
