U don't make sense, unless you're referring to getting a divorce from your first spouse before marrying another....then yes...it's wrong to get married to another while still legally married to the first.

Perhaps you mean 'separated'...go in separate directions. (In law the legal term for divorce is to legally dissolve a marital decree)
If you mean the former 'separate' from a partner then yes, it is possible, and no it's not necessarily worse to then get back together and marry.
Many couples go through their courtship working out the individual problems that they may have fears or doubts about. If they learn to work through problems prior to marriage then the marriage should be better actually than worse.
