I have had persistant low blood pressure for the past month. (96/55). My normal blood pressure runs about 120/65. I have noticed that I have lost ten pounds without even trying. There has been no change in my rountine.

I have never had any health problems before... what should I do?

Try to eat more, and eliminate stress.

I looked at the harassment question but it was closed. Here's the answer I wanted put (only if that guy is still harassing you cause that is harassment). If you have a Brother who is over 6'1 and weighs over 200 lbs. Give him the phone no. for this guy. Have your brother call him and tell him to back off.
You might also want him to tell him what aggressive sport he does if any ie. boxing, Ice Hockey, football, lacrosse not baseball or soccer as they both require minimum toughness. Same thing if you have a husband or bf. Some would say that this is not there business but if you are being creeped out then you can use there help, the police might not be able to do anything if he has not done anything yet. You might also want to start carrying some pepper spray, you can get them at a lot of places.

3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

I have had low blood pressure all my life. It will sometimes go down into the high 70's low 80's over 50's and 60's. The doctor's have told me not to worry about it but I often start popping salt tabs if I am working in the heat etc. as it is very easy for me to faint. Losing weight is harder since my body runs slower, I have to work harder to get my pulse up, so I would not think the two are related.

low blood pressure alone is not a big deal, but with the weight loss, it would be a good idea to see your doctor. It could be any number of things. Make an appointment with your doc to find the underlying cause, don't rush to the ER or anything, but get in to the doctor as soon as it's convienient for you.

You are losing your weight aside from having a low bp. Suggest you eat more healthy food and good vitamins as supplement. Go and see a doctor today.

Do you get dizzy when you stand up? If so, you may be dehydrated. I would worry about the weight loss, unless you were way overweight to start out with.
See a doc, anyway.
