A very good question? I quit school after three years in collage for the simple reason they told me how others ran a business, but gave very little information for me to run my business. My goal has always been to help people have a better life in every aspect. I also like money. Not much money in teaching. After doing everything from managing small business' to selling commodities, futures, and options. I found a business that let's me educate consumer's in mortgage's, real estate, insurance, etc. Improve their lives, and make decent commissions on products that they want. Find what is important to you, then figure out how to make money at it. Don't believe people when they tell you it can't be done. What have they done for you lately?

First let me say, I think this is an excellent question. Having said that, I would choose the career I am currently in - medical transcription. I have my own medical transcription business and work from home. I already had some medical background - I used to be certified as an Emergency Medical Technician and had taken most of the prerequisite courses for the RN program at my community college. I then took a medical transcription course and worked for a rehabilitation firm for about 4 1/2 years. When they closed their doors earlier this year, I bought a book that a friend of mine had written about starting your own medical transcription business. I followed the advice in her book and have had my own transcription business for about 6 months now.

I've alway admired the stay-at-home mom/dad. I'd like that role. However, its not a career - its something more important: To raise your children to be a productive part of society.

you may want to look into engineering, because you want physics and also you're good at math. It also will pay ok. maximum colleges will furnish engineering classes, so look into some Florida faculties which have a good engineering branch.
