You probably have a bit of a bloated stomach by the sound of it. Too easy change to multigrain breads & brown rice. Skip the soft drinks all together - drink water. Cereal/yoghurt for breakfast, fruit for snacks, big salads with meat/chicken or fish for lunch, more fruity snacks, more vegies with dinner. You should not deny yourself a little pleasure. Small treats will not hurt you.

I only know to say don't have over sized meals
have a normal size one.
eat healthy food, small meat & 5 veges but not heaps.
don't eat to many fried chips, oven fries are best
only ever eat a small packet of crisps.chocolates, lollies, small drink, cut out most of the beer, only have 2 or 3 biscuits & 1 slice of cake, etc etc, & keep the treats as treats, only have them now & again or at parties etc & not every week. Don't use a ton of oil neither. If you are hungry have fruit for snacks or even a tin of corn baked beans or cut up a tomato etc i have done that all my life & my weight is fine & i'm 5ft half inch.To be honest if your face is not chubby, your weight is most likely fine.Ask A Dr to help you, as they can

Honestly, The best thing to do is eat a healthy diet and excersize. I went to my doctor, and he perscribed me adapex, and it was a great "assistant" to my weight loss.... but he said without changing my diet I never would have lost the 35 lbs that i lost. So if you just work out on average about 1 1/2 a day, and eat healthy (salads, light carbs and cut soda out...) you should be okay. also don't drink beer :) lol.

HI, I have the same probelm as you.
I have tried most things.. they are so cruel! The best diet I have followed and lost 7 kilo's is weight watchers, but I keep having to go back because once I stop the weight comes back on, gym only hurts my bac and leg and arms, Stupid diet plans like cutting out bread etc made me sick too.. Good luck to both of us! :)

Don't drink soda. Drink lots of water. Eat lots of fruits, Walk for at least 15 Min's. If u don't have time for exercises, then walk inested of driving, climb instead of using the elevator.

Avoid drinking sodas. Try water, it quenches you thirst better. Avoid skipping meals. It will only cause you to eat a lot later. Try to eat green leafy vegetables, wholewheat bread, and fruits. Pastries and sweets are no-no. Try to move a lot...exercise and do your chores more often.
