The Suns have pretty much the same lineup as last year, with the addition now of a healthy Amare Stoudemire, and Kurt Thomas. They are looking very good on paper, esp. now that they have a bench too. I believe they will continue to outscore teams, but dont be surprised if they do start to play a little Defense ever now and then. I also think they will run away with the #1 stop in the west. Just you wait and see!

Please post any feedback on this issue, thanks in advance.

With a healthy Amare Stoudemire back in the lineup, I feel the Suns are the team to beat in the west. The biggest concern I have with this team is on the defensive end of the floor. Raja Bell, Boris Diaw, and Kurt Thomas will have to make some defensive stops at key times in the playoffs if the Suns are to win the conference. I like the Suns chances against Dallas, more then I do San Antonio. The Spurs can definitely play good defense (which is why they've won three titles during the Tim Duncan era), but the Mavs aren't a great defensive team. A Phoenix/Miami finals would be fun to watch, and I'll predict it will come to pass (key injuries to star players on either team, aside).

The Suns will win in the event that they beat the Spurs. Their basically probability is the Spurs. If Phoenix can run the courtroom and administration the pace they win easily. The Suns protection is the offense. speedy pictures and tension you to play the way the Suns play which does not paintings for the opponent. Nash drives to the hollow, if no person is open he makes the layup, if some one is open he kicks it out and that guy makes the 3pt shot or makes the better bypass to somebody else who does. Barbosa isn't any doubt one among the quickest adult men interior the league and whilst he gets interior the open courtroom on the fastbreak the protection would desire to besides supply up they gained't be waiting to capture as much as him, Marion can score from everywhere and could have been on the all protection group, yet Raja Bell became into on the all protection group, Amare is back and extra valuable than ever with Nash playin' the superb ball that he's performed his entire occupation. the Suns have way too lots fireplace capacity for every physique to handle. GS, Houston, or Utah would be unable to conquer Phoenix and no physique interior the east would desire to take out the Suns. NBA Champions: The Phoenix Suns!!!!!!!

They BETTER! They're deep. They've got talent. They've got speed. They've got the coach.
Nash is incredible - 2 time MVP.
Marion is easily in the top 5 players in the league.
Stoudemire could easily be the best player in the league.
Diaw is improving into a superstar.
Bell is awesome and a great defender.
Thomas will be a defensive force.

This is the year for Phoenix to finally shut up the critics and get the respect due them.

My friend, it's hardly likely that anyone except either the Spurs or the Mavs will win the West.

I figure it will be the Mavs again. Avery Johnson, the Chris Rock of coaches, won't let them ease up. If they stay healthy they'll win it again. If not them, then the Spurs.
