I have palmar and plantar hyperhidrosis (really, really sweaty hands and feet, most of the time). I've been to a dermatologist and she prescribed Drysol, but that does pretty much nothing. She said the next thing would be to buy a medical shock-treatment type machine to send mild electrical currents through my hands and feet. I'm really not crazy about putting extra chemicals into my body or zapping myself, and I'd rather do some kind of natural treatment. What's the best thing? I've heard sage tea, but drinking it only helps a little, and that only for a little while. Also, I'm 15. Will it go away?
