I am only 23, but currently experiencing a lot of stress in my life. Are there any vitamins/pills or other things that can help me to relax and not to become so stressed and easily irritated all the time?

Actually, the best thing is to find a hobby that you really enjoy, and do it when you feel stressed. I've found that a quick boxing session with a friend or a good run helps me out. Physical activity is one of the best ways to reduce stress. Try something like Pilates or kickboxing, or even just playing basketball.

Take a dose of meditation. Not formal, instructed meditation, just find a quiet spot, get comfortable, and listen to your mind with out any effort or reaction.

try not to take pills. east well,. fruits and vitamins. listen to classical music. do light excercise. masturbate.
