If you define simple battery as (from Wikipedia) "any form of non-consensual, harmful or insulting contact, regardless of the injury caused", there are several examples which could be given.

One example could be if someone walked up to you and hit you in the face. Another example is if someone walked up to you and hit you on the arm.

i mean if someone beats u up it should just be battery man no higher or lesser thin not evry one marks easily and some mark more some things should just be straight forward battery or no battery
