Yes, It is the right of the people to legally have the ability (2nd amendment) to overthrow a tyrannical government and replace it with a Constitutionally correct replacement if deemed necessary by the States and there people.

Well, if you're going to do it you'd better do it fast, since our liberal brothers are going to do everything in their powers to repeal our 2nd amendment rights.

You used the word, "Destructive" to describe the government. This descriptor isn't used in the Constitution. Just as the wording, "Separation of Church and State" that we always hear about is no where in our US Constitution.

Amazing how we all remember the US Constitution to fit our specific purposes.

Do you mean a Country that goes to war?

Merriam-Webster
A Patriot is one who loves his or her Country (Country's framework - US Constitution) and supports its authority (President Bush) and interests (Iraqi Freedom).

A Patriot supports his Country in all aspects. That also includes some of the following: voting, actively serving in his or her's community, paying there share in taxes, serving in the military, holding political office and never stands idle while the framework of our Country is wrongfully in question.

Well, when the current government poses a risk to the very foundation of democracy, then yes, it is time to consider all actions, including the overthrow of that group of leaders.

The thing about America, is that 99% of this country is too unmotivated, too lazy and too hypnotized into complacency to ever enact that sort of change.

To them, patriotism is buying more IPODs & slugging down more Starbucks triple mocha latte's & driving bigger SUVs....

Brave new world my asss!

But if we do that we will be branded unpatriotic because we are unwilling to accept rule from a wanna-be dictator.

"You don't get everything you want. A dictatorship would be a lot easier... So long as I'm the dictator." GW Bush

I think what we have to re-think is the war powers act.

We have seen men of great character abuse it. And now we see a man of no character gutting the Constitution with it.
