Get a pregnancy test or go to the doctor. If you are pregnant, I am pretty sure you will have to have one of your parents do the paperwork if you choose to have an abortion. However, it might vary by state. But there are other options besides abortion. You can put the baby up for adoption for example. This doesn't have to "ruin" your life, it will just change it so make sure you have done your research and have made sure this is what you want to do before making a life-altering decision.

A woman typically ovulated 2 weeks after the start of her last menstrual cycle. There is a short time frame in which you can actually get pregnant. I hope you are not pregnant. I would hope that you would consider adoption rather than abortion. There are plenty of couples who would love to adopt a beautiful newborn baby and not have to travel halfway across the globe to do it. Abortion is not a form of birth control. You thought you were old enough to have sex, so you should have been responsible enough to at least take birth control pills. Also, you could have an 18 year old get you Plan B, which prevents fertilization. If you are pregnant and get an abortion, it could make you not be able to get pregnant when you actually want to be. Think about these things!

OK, first of all if this ever happens again go to a clinic the NEXT DAY. They can give you medication there that will prevent the pregnancy from really occurring. Second, make sure they teach you how to use a condom properly. They don't just break when put on correctly.
Until you miss your period (and since you're all stressed out you probably will) there is no way to tell.
As far as who goes with you, it depends on your state. Some states have retarded laws keeping minors from having an abortion without parental consent.
Good luck to you!

10-15days from the first day of your last period is generally the most fetal days. Ex. Period first day on the 1st, chances of getting pregnant on or by 10th to the 15th. Go to the doctor once you know have them help you tell your parents. I don't mean to be mean but, I hope that you learn a lesson from all of this. Your mom really should be the one to go with you if you decide to have an abortion. If there any complications she would be the best person to make sure that you are taken care of. You should not become the burden of a woman who has children she has enough to worry about. I also agree you SHOULD think about adoption.

Well at least you were using your head and did at least try too use protection. When was your period this month? Usually ovulation starts 14 days from the first day of your period. Then you usually have about a 7 day window that you can become pregnant in. When you are fertile you will have cervical secretions at that time, it will look like raw egg whites. Please don't abort the baby. If you don't want it please give it up for adoption instead. I am not sure what the laws are on teens that want to have an abortion. But will you at least keep an open mind about adoption.

wherever you do don't even think about abortion as an option... please!! that poor baby doesn't have nothing to do with the condom getting broke......
ok... first let me understand... you had sex last week... that means you were expecting have your period this week, am i right? but you haven't had your period this week... when is due... is not commom but it can be possible you are pregnant...
if you have a regular cycle your fertile day be 14 days after the first day your period starts...
10 days right before your new cycle starts or you have your period... there is no chance of getting pregnant... so if you did it a week before your period is due.. that gives 7 days.... there is no chance...
first take a hpt... make sure you are not pregnant... and go to parenthood or familypack... tell can provide with advice and contraceptive methods....
if you are.. once again don't abort that baby.... tell your parents... they will support you... and help you

DO NOT HAVE AN ABORTION!!! you are killing an innocent baby. It didn't ask to be created. You made the decision to have sex now take responsibility for your actions. You need to tell your parents. They will be very upset at first but they can help you. There are also tons of centers out there to help as well. I know that there are plenty people out in the world that got or are pregnant at your age and they are doing it..some even younger. So its not impossible. If you still don't feel like you can handle the baby once you are done being pregnant then you should give it up for adoption and give another couple, who cant have babies, a chance to take care of your baby. But seriously abortion is not the answer, you will kill an innocent baby and you will regret it for the rest of your life.

they have something called a morning after pill... you should have tried that instead of relying on abortion. You're only 16, if you are not ready for the responsibilities of what sex brings then you should not be having sex. Abortions are not a form of birth control and it could cause problems for you later in life and you may never be able to have children because of this. You should talk to your mother.

Carly you can go to the health department for a pregnancy test, but if it was just last week it will be to early to tell, good idea to go get on birth control, condoms are not a good choice for birth control. I bet your mom would love it if you would talk to her Woman to Woman! My daughter did, she is 25 and we are now best friends!!

you can buy pregnancy tests at the drugstore, or go to a doctor if you can. if you discover that you are pregnant and want an abortion, contact your local planned parenthood (http://www.plannedparenthood.org/) for more information on the specific laws in your state.
try not to panic. it looks like you're handling it well, but remember to be more cautious in the future.
