i'd say something to him or a manager! I work in a kitchen, and to me, it is like our customers have put their health in our hands. It is so important to maintain exactly that, a healthy cooking environment! what a nasty S O B!!!!

I went to the Irving Mall to buy a gyro and the cook was trimming his nose hair in the kitchen. Grossed me out and I never went there again. I'd probably do the same thing if he was eating boogies.
