i recently got seperated from my wife. we havent gone through any legal stuff yet. she is not willing to divorce me at the same time she doesnt let me talk to my son on the phone nor let him call me. is there any way that i can get a court order before we take a divorce in order to talk to my son? i am living in a different state than her. she and my son are citizens but i am still a dependent with v-visa which is going to expire by this feb 2007. need advice.

You are in a very difficult parental situation - especially considering your non-citizenship status; I would STRONGLY recommend contacting an attorney immediately. Find one that specializes in paternal custody (there are a great number of attorneys that specialize in father's rights).
