I'm diagnosed with social anxiety disorder. My body realized that the only way I could stay home from school was to be sick, so it made me sick every day. I eventually got my GED because of it. But it was never to try and be skinny.. I've always been naturally thin. It is very scary when your body takes over your mind, though.

No. I can eat whatever I want and not gain weight so I've never had a problem with eating.

No but people think I am just because I'm naturally skinny and it really pisses me off! They're just jealous that I don't have to work to keep weight off!
