I've been seeing this guy for a good while now. We've gone out to the movies and to his friends' house but not much of anything else since we hardly have time to do anything else. When I try to ask him if he wants to just hang out and enjoy each other's company, he just seems interested in being alone with me so that he could eat me out or for me to give him some head. Even though I don't really think I'm all for that, it seems like that might be the only thing I can do to keep him because he says that I show him no affection and all we do is kiss. He is saying that he wants to move to another level. What should I do?

If your not ready keep it where it is now. If he must have sex to be with you, you can do better. When you feel the time is right to move to the next level, where ever it might be, that is the time to move.

It sounds like he wants sex, and you want a relationship. If he doesn't have time to do anything fun, but he makes time for sexual activities, then it sounds like he's mostly interested in your body and not you as a person. You deserve better than that, so go get it!

Sounds like he wants to have sex. If you are ready, go for it. If not, then do not. If he does not respect your wishes, then let him go. Sorry there are only 2 ways to go with this guy. Do it or don't.
