the law previously said aggravated assault was when some one used a weapon or maybe a big stick something you could really harm some one with , but, the law has changed you can be convicted of aggravated assault if you hit some one with a piece of paper even, or throw coffee in some ones face, kicking someone , the list is endless,just another way the government wants to show a increase in crime change the law and make more things illegal, then they can justify raising your taxes and spending them,
