Well i got a few games on my comp(family shared comp) and my olds dont want me to have games on my comp, so whenever im away for a few days they go and delete the games from my comp, I wanna know is it possible to remove the program from the add/remove programs list in control panel without uninstalling the game

Sure is. Download this program called CCleaner:

Besides being a really great program that you should run on your computer, it has the option to remove add/remove program entries without uninstalling them.

If you go into Add/Remove and hit "delete," your PC will continue to uninstall.

Yes, you can remove the icon from the desktop, but will that satisfy your parents?

Maybe you should work on alleviating their concerns in an effort to convince them to allow you to have games on the PC. Do you spend too much time on them? Is your homework suffering? They must have a reason. Some of my friends are allowed on the computer for a limited amount of time per day. Maybe that would make your parents happy. Think about it.

right click on the icon click delete shortcut only
