I have a friend that needs non union const job in San Diego.Can you help?

He is about 50 but looks and works like a 35 yr old. He is on parole and is a hell of a nice guy and good worker. Also married with children. Needs a break, a foot in, or just a helping hand to get started

tell him to find spot labor till he can find study work where thy arent so pregest against .like that many people would be glad to find a person who isnt afraaid of work now , my opion?
