I used to work at a theater and sell theater showtimes for business meetings and schools. The way my theater did it was we charged at the children's rate and if the group wanted the screen to themselves they had to buy every seat.

If it's a movie the theatre is showing, it will be the regular ticket price.
If you want to rent it to show a particular movie, it can vary greatly. If it's during their regular showing times, you probably won't stand much of a chance. Outside of those times, they may cut you a deal.
If it is the latter, I would suggest approaching an "art house" that shows movies that are not in wide release, classic movies, etc. They would be more likely and more willing to help.

Depending upon the movie theatre and how many people you have
The movie theatres where I am usually charge about 8 per person and if you have 50 people thats 400 dollars plus the price of drinks and popcorn and candy ( which could be another 200plus dollars

It depends on the movie theater. some have certain prices depenidng on how many people go. My mom used ot set it up for her work but I'm sure it's gonna be kinda pricy.

125 seats at 10.00 = $1,250. You may be able to get it for $750 -$1,000.
