Romantic Movies---Titanic, Ghost, Armageddon, A Walk in the Clouds
I have a list of other movies that I think are great---The Color Purple, Roots, Patch Adams, Gone in Sixty Seconds, The Boiler Room, The Fast and the Furious, XXX, The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Harry Potter( all four of the movies so far) The Green Mile, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Fried Green Tomatoes,
Comedies--I am a Mike Myers and Dana Carvey and Jim Carey fan these guys are hilarious, I also like Men in Black 1 and 2
Scary movies--Well some really scary movies are: The Exorsist, Rose Red, Silence of the Lambs, The 1969 version of The Night of the Living Dead, Dawn of the Dead, Day of the Dead( well any movie with a zombie scares the H@@L out of me, and I am also a big Steven King movie fan

Hitch is good. It's kinda romantic but its actually funny too. Personally i love Lord of the Rings but most of my friends fall asleep half way thru the 2nd movie- i like watching all 3 in a row (with intermissions of course-u gotta eat! )

Waiting, Closer, Pulp Fiction, Rules of Attraction, Memento, Blow, Dazed and Confused, Van Wilder, Boogie Nights, Cruel Intentions, Go, Freeway, ..... really depends on how open minded you are and what you consider "good", and if you appreciate all aspects of films, or if you just watch them to talk about them with your friends/like mainstream movies.
