i call anybody anything - yeah i use the n word too, i dont however disrespect any one by calling them out of their name, unless its the truth- lol

for real though, i think we woman do as a lot of black men do- take a derogetory name once used to put us down and use it to show strength.

Gender roles, I guess.

It's like the fact that women can say another woman is beautiful and no one will accuse her of being a lesbian. And we can hug each other or joke around about anything and we wont be thought of as 'lesbian'.

Cause women like to compete with each other. Women like to out do each other cause there's alot of jealousy & rivalry. I think it goes back to the caveman days when women use to fight over a man. So in today's modern society women outdo each other with how they look (fashion, how thin or fat, pretty, sexy, tall/short, etc.).

I myself have never liked no one to call me names or down grade me....and with this regard I have chosen also not to demean anyone else by name calling...Alot of this is how you are raised and I have to give my mother credit!!!!

none of my friends call me that it is demeaning to be called that by a man i guess...most women care what men think and dont want to ruin their reps..just like if we were to call a guy gay in front of his friends
