Yes, and I can't imagine why someone would waste 10 points all at once. The idea is to ask the question, then come back later and ask it again to get a different set of answers.

The other night I saw someone ask the same question like 15 times one right after the other. The question was 'do I ask to many questions?' Funny sh1T!

yeah often its in lots of categories too by the same person or people have asked the same question as someone else - could they not read responses already given and if thats no help, then ask the question?

certain, because you does no longer have self belief that some human beings only does no longer answer a question till both the second one time or they saved lacking the question till the question became repeated
