I keep wondering if you change your essence to become a better person or the person you would like to become how would you approach it?

I would be amazing to experience the life of a hundred people or at least a group of people that you could be that person for a day or two and really be able to see and feel how they deal with life experiences, problems, obstacles, patterns of thinking, realatives, old emotional baggage, future years, likes and dislikes, habits, humanity, and what goes through their minds on a day like today.

How, how, how?

I look at my life and I see that all the experiences have made who I am but for some reason life is either to good to live for some or to bad to only have bad experiences for others. I have also noticed that in life if you experince bad things and have grown up in bad enviroment you can create bad habits or even become a bad person. The opposite can also apply.

Has anyone ever experinced that or a least said "if I were like this... this would not have happened to me... or I would be in a better place... or I could have gone further in life." Or some times you wish you could be more confident, more outgoing, more (anything).

So in conclusion how do you know what you could change in your entire being that could help you take better desitions in life, be a happier person or even achieve your goals without tellying yourself... "If this is this... I would not be going through this right now."

I am not saying that we have to be perfect in every aspect but to really see what EXACTLY we can change about ourselves to feel complete.

Do you guys think it is possible?

The nucleus of who you are can be changed, but it is difficult. This should not be undertaken unless you're completely sure of wanting to change. Please e-mail me if you want to talk more of this.

However, much of your question seems to be dealing with if ____ had happened before I wouldn't be ____. This is impossible to tell because one single change, even if it's tiny, in the past will change EVERYTHING in the future. It's impossible to predict the future naturally with logic, at least not with the resources we have.

Also, part of you question deals with if I were ____ then i wouldn't have done ____. This isn't true because if you were that person you'd do exactly as they did. Once I thought out a theory along the lines of that everyone changed consciousnesses every night, but retained the memories of the host. This isn't able to be disproven (or proven), but shows that being someone else doesn't allow you to change what they would have done.

That is one of the hardest thing to do in life, but not entirely impossible.

First you have to narrow down to what is it that you aim to change. Find out what it is and how it affects you and your behaviors. Then find out what you want to change it to and how that would change your overall life.

It is much like finding out the desirable philosophy of your life and adjust to what it says. The key is to be very self-conscious at all time and do as your will says. Not easy.

Yes you can change your very core of who you are.
It's simple. Believe you can and it will happen. Change it with Love and it will happen.
Change it with Obedience to God and it will happen.
Read your bible and lear how. It's hard yet simple.

yes, everyone can change, but you can't change who you are... you can change habits and flaws, but you yourself, what makes you you, can't be changed... many times I have said to myself: if only I had had the courage, if only I had been more confident....

you can change habits and aspects of yourself but you can't change your essence...
