How to include numbers in my SIM card under "My numbers" in "contacts" of my Mobile?

I have a Mobile Phone "Nokia-3100". It shows "My numbers list empty". User's Manual just says: To view the phone numbers assigned to your SIM card. Only shown, if the numbers are included on your SIM card.

The numbers need to be saved to your SIM card....you can save them to both. However, SIM cards generally only hold about 64KBs or about 250 phone numbers. Once saved to the SIM card, when looking under contacts, it should automatically populate. Hope this helps...
