A LIMO bday party! I know this trust me if you are willing to spend some $ go rent a limo for a few hrs. tha can drive the bday girl and a few of her friends around town and maybe stop at some places and just have a blast!!! Believe me it is fun!!! you feel like a celeb for a few hours everyone is starring! and she will be talked about at school too! trust me i have many bday parties in limousines. (my parent owned a limousine service for about 5 yrs. so i know what im talking about!!! and if it is too short notice to get a linousine for her 13th then try her 14th or 15th or even sweet 16!!! it is an experience she will never forget!!! good Luck and tell her happy early bday!!!♥

How about a costume party? Instead of coming dressed in costumes, you get a lot of wierd accessories and outfits from resale and 99 cent stores. Have token prizes for the most original or outrageous. Have the makings for ice cream sundaes or floats.

Has she had her first slumber party yet? I remember my first was when I turned 13. We ate until our hearts were content, mostly junk food of course, danced and listened to music, and watched movies until the wee hours of the morning. It was a blast! Have fun!

Does she have a favorite color like pink or something, you could have a pink affair party, a disco party, paint ball fight party or maybe a slumber party?

You can do a sleepover at your house and let them rent some movies and order pizza and get her a cake.
