all you need to do is go to your tool bar,and look for the "icon" for the pop-up blocker and click on it It should bring a drop down Page ,letting you know if you want to" enable" or disable " your pop-up blocker.

Click on TOOLS
Click on Pop Up Blocker
Choose Disable.
