I never told my children the Santa story--wanted them to appreciate the real givers :) HOWEVER, I would tell a child that only God knows the answer to if Santa will be in Heaven, since only God knows the condition of Santa's heart..or anyone's heart..and it is by grace and not good works that we are saved. I would also tell the child that when we are in Heaven, our desire for presents and cool stuff will be gone..because we will be in the coolest place EVER with the coolest people EVER...and our Lord!

Santa Claus is immortal silly. There would be no need of a Christmas in Heaven I would think if it were feasible that would be unnecessary hence the name "heaven". Not "Christmas Land in the clouds where you go after you die". Same idea though. Does the kid have some sort of terminal illness?
