There has never been peace in the middle east & there
probably won't be for another 6000 yrs.
Someone should tell bush about this, before he bankrupts
the country, he seems clueless.

Bush has made it so it will be hard for a Democrat to step up and start the clean up. You can bet that the next term will be blamed on Clinton and the new President if we get a Democrat in. Those people over there had good jobs and when we took out Saddam they are lost. It was the only way of life for those people and none of our countries business what they did. Even if Saddam was a monster so was a lot of leaders. This was a wonderful plan Bush had to get Ladin ! LOL.

More Iraqi civilians have been killed this summer than in the 9-11 attacks. I don't think that helps the fight terror plan Bush had! Those countries will always fight and terrorists will always be !

According to Bob Woodward Dr.Kissinger is advising Mr.Bush as he was advising Mr.Nixon during Vietnam War.I think prospect of peace is very dim because Dr. Kissinger wants Victory which is not possible under present circumstances.I think Mr. Bush should take advice from his DAD instead of Ms.Condoleza Rice or Dr. Kissinger. If he is looking for peace and legacy then he must clean the house and let his Dad take care of rest.
Very good Question indeed.!!!!!!!!!!

Train the police and back them up.Let the citizens know that they have choices.Bring the militias to an end,You have 40 years of bad blood between the Sunni a Shiite that is not going to go away quickly. This drive through mentality does not work.Good things that last take time to build.

The problem is that Islama-fascists don't know what they want.Sometimes they say Bin laden is good guy and other times bad ,now they are rallying behind Ahmadinejad and Nasrellah .In a few months they'll be against them. What do you do?

Make the Iraqis responsible for their own problems is the primary goal. The longer we are there the less action they will take.

Earth to you: Iraq is the first freely elected government in the Middle East. We as a country did not get our crap together overnight. Put this in perspective.

..to put more Liberals in charge so there will be more peace and accountability.

Iraq is a mess and that's Bushs' fault. Nothing can change that but we can hold Bush and the conservatives accountable, for once, this November.
