you said a pulling sensation right? be warned that it could be a sign of a stroke or heart attack. a pulled or strained muscle will tend to hurt if you lift your arm to a certain height. go see a doctor and get better results then you can see if my prognosis was right.don't wait till it's too late

I had the same problem, & I thought maybe it was because I was wearing underwire bra's. My left breast & underarm is where I starting feeling the pulling sensation and a lot of pain. So I bought a couple of sports bras to wear instead of the underwire all the time. Well I ended up getting an abscess on my left breast and a real bad infection, it was swollen for about a week and after the infection went a way the Dr. had me get a ultrasound and a mamo. They found two areas of suspicion and I'll be having a biopsy tomorrow in the morning. My primary Dr. and the surgeon dont think its anything majory. However the Radiologist is very concernd. My primary Dr. thinks its just a cyst that needs to be drained. The biopsy I"m having done is going to be a guided wire ultrasound. As soon as the find the are of concern they will give me anisthesia and roll me into the Operating Room to remove the wire and send of the biopsy to get checked. YOUR BEST BET IS TO GO SEE YOUR DR. AND GET A MAMO & ULTRASOUND & IF NEED BE THEY CAN ALSO DO A CATSCAN OR MRI. THIS IS SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN LIGHTLY AS BREAST CANCER IS THE LEADING CAUSE OF DEATH IN WOMEN. ~Best of Luck and I hope all goes well with you~ :o)

I had a painful left breast, at one point in time. The doctor said that breast cancer isn't painful. Just get it looked at just in case.

its hard to diagnose breast cancer just by that.... i would schedule an appointment with your doctor and from there they can set you up with an appointment to get a mammogram. that will give you the answer you need, but have faith that all is well and your breast is just extremely fiberous under there.
try not to worry, i know it is easier said then done, but go and get a professional opinion. It is fullproof.
good luck =)

It sounds like a pulled muscle. Just go to have it checked out by your doctor.

No, you will not feel breast cancer unless it gets into the bones or an organ. So, you are okay.

most probably not. you might just have a pulled joint or smthing from too much movement of the arm. but then again, check with a doctor to be safe.

I had that once - it was just a really tight muscle from being slouched in front of my computer for too long! Go see a doc if you're really worried though,
